House. 1895. By Grayson and Ould. Timber-framed on brick
base, tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 1st and 2nd bays have
jettied 1st floor under jettied gable. Some decorative
panels to 1st floor, decorated bressumer and bargeboards.
Windows have leaded casements. Ground floor windows of 2
lights with 3-light window of 3rd bay. 1st floor has 2-light
windows to 1st 2 bays. Left return has projecting 2 storey
porch with shingled swept broach spirelet with button
finial. Ground floor return has 2-light hollow-chamfered-
mullioned window; small 2-light windows to 1st floor.
Entrance has shingle canopy, stone surround and door with
vertical strips and top panel possibly originally leaded
light. Cross-axial stack to 1st bay. Rear similar, with
privies.
