5 houses. 1900. William and Segar Owen. Brick with tile-
hanging and pebbledash, tile roof. 2 storeys, 6 bays; 1st
bay recessed under gable, 4th bay projects under gable, 5th
and 6th bays recessed, the 5th bay with projection under
half-hipped gable. Weathered sill band and flat band to
ground foor; 1st floor of 1st and 4th to 6th bays are tile
hung, the gable pebbledashed. Some diapering to 2nd and 3rd
bays. Ground floor windows have gauged-brick cambered
arches and leaded casements, most are 3-light, the 5th bay
has a tall narrow light, the 6th bay has a 2-light window.
1st floor has 4-light double-chamfered-mullioned windows,
those to 1st and 4th bays with cornices, those to 2nd and
3rd bays with deep brick sills. End bay has 2-light
casement adjoining return. Entrances have gauged-brick
cambered arches and plank doors. Entrance to end bay has
lateral lean-to roof and timber column. Right return of 2
bays with tile-hung gable and 2 windows to 1st floor, one
adjoining window to front. Rear similar, small-paned
casements, tile-hung gables.
