Originally one house. Datestone inscribed: "R+S/IS/1753" with Molyneux arms over. Later additions. Brick with stone base, stone slates removed from roof (1985). 3 storeys, 2 bays, with low one-bay extension to left and extension to rear on right return. Windows have gauged brick cambered arches and are boarded, painted as sashes with glazing bars, left-hand extension has 3-light horizontally sliding sashes. Central boarded entrance has timber canopy. Gable-end stacks to main part and right extension. Stone slab wall extends for approx. 53.5 metres from left angle to street.
