Mid C19. Coursed freestone; 2 storeys, basement and attic in gable; 2 slightly
projecting gabled bays, that on left having stone mullioned window with square hood
mould and diamond pattern cast iron glazing bars, plain doorway. Bay to right has
doorway with 4-centred arched head; 3 tall windows with transoms; 2 lateral chimney
stacks rising from ground level; plain eaves; tiles. Side to Castle Hill of similar
character.
