C1840. Stucco; slate roof. Two storeys; 3 bays, the centre one slightly
advanced. Ground floor with banded rustication and cornice and central
door with rectangular fanlight flanked by pilasters end within a porch
with Corinthian columns supporting an entablature, and 2 windows within
scrolled frames. First floor with central window with moulded frame and
cornice on brackets and 2 simple sashes. Glazing bars throughout. Eaves
cornice. To the right, a recessed 2 storeyed service wing. Stucco; slate
roof. Asymmetrically placed sash windows.
