Cottage. Dated 1753. Coursed ironstone rubble, thatch roof, brick end stacks.
2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. 2-light casement windows to
ground and first floor with timber lintels. Datestone between first floor
windows under eaves has hood mould and is inscribed WB/1753. Stone-coped gables
with kneelers. 2-light cellar window with stone lintel to left. C20 garage
extension to right. Entrance to rear. Interior has chamfered spine beams, open
fireplace, tilted cupboard with shaped shelves and a number of old plank doors.
Tie-beam and collar truss roof.
