Farmhouse. C17 fabric, C18 and C20 details. Colourwashed plaster render on brick and clunch, smut pantile roof. Two storeys. Three windows. Two ground floor inserted C21 casements, three first floor sashes with glazing bars. Central door architrave with console brackets, baseless pediment head, sunburst fanlight in painted wood. Six panel door, two upper panels glazed. Steeply pitched roof with brick coped parapets. External stacks on gables, at south a substantial breast with multiple set-offs.
