GV II


Circa 1700, altered. Faces river. North-west (road) front in plain ashlar with tall
and narrow central doorway and modern Tudor style door with leaded overlight.
Concrete tile roof with coped verges and end chimneys with moulded capping; 3 gabled
dormers. Blocked timber lintel window to North gable. Weathered cartouche to left of
door.

River front: 2 storeys, stone-slated on this side, 3 windows, outer 3 light, centre
2 light, mullion-type in rebated surround. Ground floor altered; drip for left hand
window now for glazed door and modern side window. Projecting lean-to to right with
re-used 3-light mullion window and modern glazed door.
