Mid C19. Cast-iron. Wide carriage gate with turned heads to rails and dog-rails;
lozenge bracing to lower part. Octagonal cast-iron posts with low pyramidal capping.
Abutment to west is a short link to the British Legion Club (about 3 ft), ashlar with
spiked capping. Signed "Hill and Smith, (?) Shielby Mill".
