Mid/late Cl7 but much restored. Coursed rubble with Cotswold stone roof.
Two storeys and attic, 6 windows. Four light on ground, 3 on ist, 2 in attics, all
with stone mullions and drip moulds. Mostly restored detail. Modern 4 centred
arch 'Tudor' doorway in 3rd bay from left. Four large gables with verges, kneelers
and finials.
Rear: left part (The Cloisters) has a timber framed passage on 1st floor. Right-hand
part (Chardwar) has 2 projecting gables with Tudor arch lights with mullions; angled
bay to left-hand gable. Gothick panelled door to left of left-hand gable. Lawn
with flamingoes, oyster catchers and curlews.
