Formerly mill, later brewery (Coombe Valley Brewery) now dwelling. Reputedly 1824.
Painted coursed rubble, slate roof. Three storeys, five windowed, wood mullioned and
transomed set at wall face; upper two storeys under segmental arches with projecting
keystones. Bottom floor modified one original casement retained. New door in
original opening.
Long parallel range, back range more recent than original, plus extension and large
brick stack at right end.
