Formerly dwelling and shop, now offices. Early C18. Painted stone plinth, rendered
walling, asbestos cement slate roof. Mansard slopes to front, long sweep to back
including semi-circular projecting stair well. Two storeys plus dormers, three
windowed. Two C19 dormers with sashes and glazing bars, three C18 sashes with glazing
bars at wall face; one recent sash with glazing bars ground floor, modern door
incorporating fanlight, C19 pilastered shop front. Including glazed door.
Interior retains semi-circular stair well at back, remains of framed wall (ground
floor) possibly part of No. 37, one upper room with some C18 panelling with
beaded/moulded rails and muntins.
