2 cottages semi-detached, now one. Late C18-mid C19. Coursed
squared and dressed limestone, slate roof with ashlar stacks,
limestone slate roof to extension left. Rectanqular plan with
extensions left and former dairy right. 2-storey main body and
extensions. Extensions at lower level and set back slightly to
either side of main body. 4-windowed main body, 2-windowed dairy
extension; 1 and 2-light casements. Some original glass in
windows of former dairy. Cambered heads to ground floor windows
of main body. Plank door off centre left of main body, also with
cambered head. Wide plank door to former dairy left with segmental
head. Two X-shaped tie plates left of door. Gable end and axial
stack to main body, flat coping at left gable end. Gable end
stack to extension left.
Interior: 2 open fireplaces with bressumers.
