House. c.1700 remodelled mid-C19. Freestone front with hipped slate roof and
2 ashlar ridge chimneys. Square plan with rear extensions, symmetrical front.
2 storeys, 3 bays, string over ground floor and chamfered plinth. 3-light seg-
ment headed casement windows. Central half glazed door in (original?) chamfered
surround. Returns to east and west retain chamfered mullion windows (some
blocked) and, to east, evidence of cellar. L-plan modern extension to north-east
not included. (Subsidiary feature: flanking the front door is a pair of what
appear to be late Cll SW French or N Spanish caps of good quality.)
