Detached villa set back from road. Early C19. Rubble stone,
formerly rendered, with raised alternating quoins and slightly
raised dressed stone architraves, projecting low pitched hipped
slate roof with wood eaves soffit, rendered lateral stacks. Square
range with small single storey restored wings to each side. Three
windows, 12-pane sashes. Ground floor has two 16-pane sashes with
lintel extended over dressed stone architrave, flanking round
headed doorway with moulded architrave, keystone and small imposts.
Recessed 6-panel door, 4 fielded and lower 2 flush, with decorative
radial fanlight, up 2 stone steps. Wall of side wings is swept
down on both sides and each has C20 nine-pane casement with hopper
light. Right hand wing extends further with plank door to garden.
