Semi-detached farmhouse. Late C17, C18, altered C19. Coursed
squared and dressed limestone with ashlar facade. Stone slate on
front roof pitch, concrete tile at rear. Stacks restored and
rendered C20. 'T'-shaped plan with rectangular early core at
right-angles to road with stairs projection at rear. Rusticated
quoins and flat-chamfered plinth. Two storeys and attic with
cellar under early core. Facade probably added to house in C18.
Flat-chamfered plinth. Three-windowed facade (including cross wing
on left). Two and 3-light stone-mullioned casements with beaded
mouldings. C19 six-panel door left within beaded architrave. Two-
light stone-mullioned casement with beaded architrave to first
floor of gable end facing road. Two stone-mullioned casements,
with flat and hollow-chamfered stone-mullioned casements
respectively in rear wall lighting cellar. Two-light stone-
mullioned. casement to stairs projection. C19 three-light
segmental-headed windows at rear of range parallel to road. Flat
and saddleback copinq at gable ends. Saddleback coping terminates
in moulded kneelers. Stacks at gable ends.
Interior; cellar with flag floor and tie beams with ogee stops.
Dog-leg staircase with late C17 turned balusters with pendants.
Stone 'Tudor'-arched fireplace probably C19.
