House and office in former grounds of Sherborne House (q.v.). C17-
early C18 rebuilt C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone.
Slate roof, ashlar stacks. Long narrow range only one room in
depth. Rear wall forms shelter to walled garden on south. Two
storeys. Three 2-light and one 4-light stone-mullioned casement
to ground floor, all possibly C17-early C18 in date. Large fixed
casement with glazing bars within a segmental-headed surround far
right. Eight 2-light wood casements with glazing bars to first
floor. Two C19 plank doors within segmental-headed surrounds to
ground floor. Segmental-headed access to cellar down steps right
of left-hand doorway. Stumps of axial and gable end stacks.
