Three houses at end of row (all built at same time possibly as one
house). Mid C17, refaced C19. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, stone slate roofing at front, concrete tile at rear,
ashlar stacks and C20 stacks imitating ashlar. Slate-roofed
extensions at rear. Rectangular main body with C19 extensions at
right angles at rear. Corrugated iron, flat-roofed and concrete-
tiled extensions at rear, not of special interest. Main body; 2
storeys and attic. Continuous plinth. Facade of Manor House
(centre) and Manor House Annex (at end of row), early C19. Attic
lit by 3 gabled eaves dormers with 'Gothic' windows within double-
chamfered stone surrounds. Curving barge boards with pointed
finials. Four-windowed facade, all 2 and 3-light double-chamfered
stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods. Part-glazed C20
front door to The Manor House, boot scraper left of door. Heraldic
shield at first floor level above. Two blocked doorways one with
keystone far right either side of window. Access to Manor House
Annex via gable end through part-glazed C19 door with decorative
coloured marginal glass. Double doors of same design left. Large
decorative wrought iron porch sheltering both doors. Manor Cottage
(left) with Georgian style facade. Symmetrical, 2-windowed facade
lit by 12-pane sashes. Central fielded 6-panel front door (2 upper
panels glazed) up 2 steps. Boot scraper in door recess.
Continuous flat-chamfered string at eaves of all 3 properties.
Saddleback coping at gable ends. Kneelers with pointed finials.
Axial and gable-end stacks. Ashlar stacks with moulded cappings.
Square chimney pots. Wall right of Manor House Annex with doorway
with stopped hood and moulded and crenellated capping.
Interior; joists numbered with Roman numerals, traces of C17
fenestration in former rear wall of The Manor House.
