Detached house, in use as old people's home at time of survey
(January 1986). Early C19. Rendered on plinth, hipped slate
roof with front moulded cornice and blocking course swept down on
returns, rendered brick stacks. Nearly square, 2 storeys. Three
windows, 12-pane sashes with moulded architraves, plate glass on
ground floor with central projecting unfluted Roman Doric porch
with entablature and blocking course and pilasters to rear. Half
glazed 3-panel door with transom light up 2 moulded stone steps.
Plat band between floors to front. Three-bay returns with some
original sashes.
