Barn and attached outbuildings. Late C18-early C19. Coursed
squared and dressed limestone. Stone slate roof, corrugated iron
roof to pigsties. Barn at right end of range with projecting
porch on south side. Lean-to with plank door right of porch.
Store and stables left with pigsties in form of lean-to at front.
Double doors to barn porch, single width plank door to lean-to
right of porch. Plank door with hipped roof to loft of store, up
flight of steps running up right-hand side of pigsties. Plank
door left of pigsties gives access to former stables. Hipped roof
to barn porch. Barn interior: 5 bays with the original roof
trusses with queen struts. The whole comprises a well preserved
range of farmbuildings with varied rooflines, immediately adjacent
to Bedwell House (q.v.).
