Gazebo and attached retaining wall. Mid C18. Roughcast rendered;
ashlar chimney; stone slate roof; dressed rubble retaining wall.
Square; built into bank with cellar. Moulded cornice to eaves of
hipped roof with central octagonal chimney; patterning to render
at corners. Doorway with bolection moulded architrave on east side
has broken pediment with egg above pulvinated frieze; 6-panel
fielded door. Moulded architrave to window on west side with bull-
nosed sill; 24-pane sash with thick glazing bars. Plain floor
level band with un-rendered random rubble to cellar below having
central plank door. Blocked window with moulded architrave and
bull-nosed sill on north side.
Interior: early C19 fireplace central to south wall. C19
cupboards on east wall. Gazebo is built into high retaining wall
of forecourt to west of Achards (q.v.).
