Formerly 3 houses in row, now 2. Mid-late C17; late C18
addition. Random and coursed rubble limestone; ashlar and
concrete block rebuilt chimneys; stone and Welsh slate roofs.
Two-storey with attic, rear outshut to Balsam Cottage. South west
front: earliest part (Balsam Cottage) has central doorway with
single-light casement to right, doorway having flat porch hood and
plank door. Outer flanking pair of ground floor 3-light casements
with hoodmoulds. Three assorted upper floor timber casements.
Gable end chimneys. Scattered timber casements to Bramley Cottage
to left, doorway with lean-to porch addition, other doorway
blocked. Single raking attic dormer. Two ridge-mounted
chimneys, one with chamfered cap. South east end: single window
fenestration, 3-light to ground and upper floor, 2-light to attic,
all recessed chamfered mullioned with hoodmoulds. Interiors not
inspected.
