C16, C17 modernised timber-framed structure with later brick cladding. Near-
symmetrical old centre part with modern projecting south wing and extension
at north end. 2 storeys, 2:4:1 windows. Red tile roof; large shafted stack.
Red brick walling in Flemish bond, with some blue headers, blue headers mark
the date 1709 in large figures, 1st floor band, rubbed flat arches to ground
floor, plinth. Casements; gabled dormer to north side. Tudor 2 storeyed porch
with hipped roof, moulded brick eaves, group of 3 lights with chamfered reveals
above arched doorway, 1st floor band and plinth. Large Tudor fireplace arch
within.
