The description for:-

SU 75 NW MATTINGLEY
4/33 Money's Farmhouse

Shall be amended to:-

Farmhouse. Dated 1828 over the right hand gable with the initials JH, JH and
IG but left hand part could be C18 2 bay end chimney stack cottage with late
C19 outshut to rear. Built of red brick in finish bond with double diaper
pattern in black brick headers. Tiled roof with external brick chimney to
left hand side. Gable to right hand side 2 storeys 3 windows leaded light
casements in cambered surrounds. C20 wooden porch on chamfered wooden piers.
C20 half glazed door with side light. Late C19 peniced outshut to rear with
casement windows and C20 flat roofed dormer.

Late C18. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Red tile roof, with gable at north side.
Massive tapered stack at south end. Red brick walling in Flemish bond,
with blue diaper pattern in the upper part of the south side, cambered
ground-floor openings. Leaded casements, old with metal frames in the
upper windows. Modern glazed door within modern open gabled porch.
