GV II*

Late C18. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Red tile roof: massive shafted stack on west
end. Red brick walling in Flemish bond; stone coping to parapet, bands at 1st
floor and above 1st floor windows, stone cills, rubbers to flat and Venetian
openings, high plinth. 3-light sashes, (Palladian form at ground floor) in
exposed frames. Fine doorcase with Doric dentilled Order with pulvinated
frieze, broken forward over fluted pilasters, containing an arched doorway with
radiating and wreathed fanlight, panelled reveals, 6-panelled door, on stone
steps.
