Of C16/C17 origin but largely restored circa 1900. Two storeys and attic. The west front is virtually symmetrical with a tall central timber frame bave a porch, and wings at each side projecting forward, having 1/2-hipped gables and walls hung with scalloped tiles. The east end has a massive stall set against a wall with brick-nogged timber-framing. The building now has the features and dimensions of a typical country house of the 1900 period, with tile roofing, red brick walls, tile-hanging, leaded casements and some exposed framing.
