C18, C19, and modern. House of several phases, the classical front (east) being
attached early C19, and with recent northward wings. Front has a symmetrical facade of 2-storey 1.3.1 windows. Old tile hipped roof, lead covered pediment above slightly-projecting centrepiece. Stucco walling moulded eaves cornice (of Greek fashion moulded first-floor band, stone cills, plinth; keystones to ground-floor side windows and to the central opening of 3 arches (the recessed wall being the old front?), with impost band, plinth. Sashes. The doorway is flanked by windows in the recess, with eared architrave and 6-panelled door (2 top glazed). To the north side is a lower wing of 2 storeys and attic, one window. The rearward roofing covers the old part, the taller of slate; a southward projecting block of tile, both hipped. Sashes in reveals on the south side, casements to the modern north elevation.
