(South Side)

10/92 Medlands Farmhouse

GV II

House. Late C18, with C20 extensions. Flint and brick, with a slate roof.
The front (south-east) is symmetrical, of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Flint walls
with brick quoins, bands, cambered openings to the ground floor (central
doorway now filled), plinth. Sashes. The north-east elevation shows
alterations but no openings. The north-west elevation (present front) is
similar with a C20 extension at the west side in brickwork, a blocked doorway,
casements (one old frame) and a plain doorway with a C20 canopy.
