Cottage. C15. Timber framed walls, and tiled roof. Building at right-angles
to the roadway, projecting forward of Roxfords Cottage (to which it is attached);
2 storeys, 1 window, 2-hipped roof. Exposed frame with jettied 1st floor, brick
infill (some panels plastered), on a stone rubble plinth. Old leaded casements.
