House. c1600, C18 and C20. Timber frame, painted brick walls, and tiled
roof. A lobby-entrance house with central fireplaces and timber frame, extended
at the south end in the C18 (as a timber frame) and at the north end in the late
C18, and with an east wing of the late C20 alongside the roadway, forming an
L-shaped block of 1 storey and attic (2 storeys to the roadway), irregular
fenestration. Late C20 tile roof, with 4 small gabled dormers, ½-hipped at the
north west angle. Old stacks. The front (west) has exposed framing with
painted brick infill and other walling with some flint panels at the north end.
Casements. 2 boarded doors in one beneath a gabled canopy.
