Late C18. One of a pair with No 94 Larkhall Rise (q.v.). Three storeys and basement,
three windows in main block; later C19 two storey outer bay. Stock brick with
parapet front. First floor cill band; recess on axis. Gauged flat brick arches
to sash windows, some with glazing bars. Five steps to four-panel door with rectangular
fanlight in doorcase of narrow pilasters, reeded console brackets and dentil
cornice.
