A timber-framed and plastered building probably Cl7 with c18 and Cl9 alterations. 2 storeys. No 98 is jet tied on the lst storey. l window range, casements with 'gothic' arched glazing bars. The ground storey has an cl8 or early Cl9 shop window, without glazing bars. Roof tiled, mansard, gabled with pierced and shaped bargeboards. No 100 is C19, now faced with pebbledash. 2 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. The doorway has a moulded architrave and cornice. Roof slate.
