Cottage. Late C18/early C19. Salmon brick built with red plain tiled roof. Two storeys. Two window range of small paned vertical sliding sashes with stone surrounds and heavy, moulded drip hoods. Pierced, very ornate bargeboards to eaves and gables. Single storey gabled, enclosed red tiled porch, with matching bargeboards. Plain board door. Central, attached octagonal shaft chimney stack.
