House C17 or earlier. Timber framed and plastered with good C20 pargetting.
Red plain tile roof, outshot at rear. Weatherboard right return. 4 window
range of C17 square leaded casements to first floor and early Cl9 small paned
vertical sliding sashes to ground floor. Off-centre 4 panelled door in moulded
surround with flat canopy and brackets. Plaque reads AD.1666. 2 red brick
chimney stacks. Working, push-pull pump at rear of house.
