Mid C19 building. Stock brick in Flemish bond with slated roof, hipped,
and eaved, having a single chimney stack near one end of the ridge. Part
of the north-east wall has open brickwork air-vents, and 2 small-paned
casements with a door between them. Roof ridges flashed with lead.
