C16. The rear elevation is the most interesting and is of two storeys red brick with four windows. Chimney breast ending in a ridged stack and also a buttress. The front elevation is of red brick on the ground floor but above it is rebuilt in imitation of timbering with roughcast infilling. Casement windows on the ground floor, sash windows above. In the late C15 Hawe Manor was the home of Lord Chief Justice Fineux.
Hawe Manor and Barn form a group.
