C16 or earlier timber-framed building with plaster infilling, the first floor
oversailing on the protruding ends of the floor joists. Two storeys. Hipped
tiled roof with pentice at the north end. Three casement windows. Simple
doorcase. Ihis was formerly a manor belonging to the Priors of Leeds.
