Circa 1470. Possibly built for the Bailiff of the Nevill Estate. C15 timber-framed
building of Wealden type now stuccoed. The first floor of the original end window
bays oversails on brackets. The eaves of the centre portion between also oversail
on curved braces and a bracket. Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof. Three modern
casement windows and C17 extension of one window bay to the south. Modern doorcase
under left hand window bay. Kingpost roof.
