Dated 1818. 1.3.1 window facade. 2 storeys. Centre feature pedimented
and slightly projecting. Supporting features to right and left recessed
and raised on either side and surmounted by parapet with entablature
band and cornice. Corners of parapet surmounted by 4 stone ornamental
balls. Elevation of coursed local stone with random stone with flint
infilling on 1st floor in centre and on 1st floor to right. Supporting
wings with parapets of random stone. Continuous plinth. Band above
ground floor windows in centre and to right. 3 large modern windows in
centre with vertical and horizontal glazing bars in recessed stone arches
with panels of random stone below sills. Modern door to left (up 2
projecting stone steps) with flat stone lintel over, contained under
round-headed stone arch. C19 panelled double doors to right (up 2
projecting stone steps) with fanlight over contained under corresponding
round-headed stone arch. lst floor with 5 large windows with vertical
and horizontal glazing bars with flat stone lintel arches over. Projecting
cills of 3 centre windows connected to torn string course. Centre feature
with projecting moulded stone pediment. Rectangular stone plaque in
centre of pediment with inscription and surmounted by carved stone shield
adorned with swags.
