Detached house. Late c.18 (Pleasant Row was laid out in 1786).
Red and brown stock brick; roof concealed. 3 storeys, rear
stack: single depth plan. Front: symmetrical 3 window range.
Parapet with stone coping and cornice bank returns to either
side. Hornless sashes with exposed frames (9 panes to 2nd floor,
12 elsewhere) under flat brick window arches. Central plain
round-headed recessed doorway with impost band; 6-panel door.
1st floor sash and 2nd floor blocked window to side elevation.
