Pair of houses. Late C18/early C19. Brick; gable-end roof (Kent
tile to No 23, renewed tiles to No 25) that forms a catslide over
outshut. Single-depth plan with integral outshut. 2½ storeys.
3 window range (1:2). No 23 with Yorkshire sash (8 panes) to
upper half storey, 16-pane sashes to 1st and ground, all under
elliptical painted window arches. Recessed panelled door with
simple canopy on catslide brackets. No 25 with sashes in reveals
(6 panes to upper half storey, 4-panes and horned to 1st and
ground) under elliptical window arches. Doorway to left as to
No 23. No 23 has an insurance plaque. Rear stack to No 23,
right-hand end stack to No 25.
