Kent-tile roof. Single-depth plan with rear stack and truncated
end stack to right. 2 storeys. Front: 4-window range (2.2).
No 304 has 2-pane plate glass sashes, No 304 2 12-pane sashes all
in raised surrounds. C.1900 chop fronts, that to No 304 with
panelled plinth.
