Late C18/early C19 industrial housing. Red brick terrace with slate roof. Stepped door
hillside in pairs. (Facades of Nos 51 to 53 (consec) now roughcast. Two storeys.
Two windows each, sashes with late C19 glazing except Nos 45 to 53 (consec),
modern glazing, all except ground floor of No 51 in former sash spaces. Off
centre doors, generally with cambered head linings. Windows have stone lintels.
Coursed stone garden walls adjoin each house, about 3 ft high with pitched
stone coping.
