House in row. Late C18. Cement rendered and scribed, slate
roof. 3 storeys, 1 window; a triple 4-pane sash with mullion
boxes above a bold 8:12:8-pane bowed oriel with small
modillion cornice. At the ground floor is a tripartite
4:12:4-pane sash in deep reveals, left and a 6-panel flush
part-glazed door in a moulded arch with narrow pilasters to a
deep frieze and simple cornice. Plinth, plain bands at ground
floor and second floor, coped parapet.
