Mill House

Disused watermill in use as an outbuilding. Circa late C18 or early C19. Small
stone rubble water mill. Corrugated iron roof with gabled ends. Two storeys and
loft. Two window range. Small modern two light casements in original openings with
segmental stone arches. Similar arch over right hand doorway with plank door.
Lower two storey outbuilding adjoining east, stone rubble with corrugated iron roof.
Mill machinery taken out but it is said to have had an undershot wheel. The mill
was fed from the River Yarty.
