Set back behind a later screen. C18. Rendered. Three storeys, six windows, sashes
with glazing bars. The first floor window have dentilled heads and sliding shutters.
Slate roof with dentil and modillion parapet. The ground floor projects with a
mid C19 five bay arcade of engaged rusticated columns with arched windows and door
between. Parapet over with ball finials.
All the listed buildings of Cathedral Yard and Nos 1 and 2 Deanery Place
form a group.
