Cottage, part of a row. Probably early C19 altered early C20 for Christine Hamlyn.
Rendered and whitewashed; gable-ended slate roof.
Plan: 2-room plan, wing behind with one heated room.
Exterior: 2 storeys and attic, symmetrical 2-window front, of early C19, 3 16-pane
sash windows in reveals, to the right of the ground floor a smaller 16-pane sash
window with exposed sash boxes, 2 gabled attic dormers with fretwork bargeboards, 2-
light 12-pane casements. Central door opoening with late C19 half-glazed door,
gabled canopy with a fretwork bargeboard, slated roof with thin wooden posts.
Forecourt with a rubble wall.
