Small house. Circa early C18 with C19 and C20 additions. Rendered cob walls.
Gable ended thatch roof. Projecting rendered rubble stack at right gable end with
brick shaft. Rendered brick shaft at left gable end.
Plan: originally 2-room plan with larger heated room to right. A C19 leanto was
added at the left-hand end and this was extended to 2 storeys in the C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front of early C20 1, 2 and 3-light
casements. The addition at the left-hand end is recessed and the line of the former
leanto roof is visible on its front wall. C20 timber and glazed thatch roof porch
to right of centre with part-glazed doors. Single storey thatch roof, former
outbuilding, addition at right-hand end.
