House. Late C17-early C18, part rebuilt and extended mid-late C19.
Right bays of rear wing are partly of thin brick with some chequer
patterning and remains of a first floor band course, and partly of rubble
stone. Remainder rebuilt C19 with alternate bands of red and blue
brick, with letter 'Y' in blue headers in left gable. Off-set eaves,
half-hipped old tile roofs, chimney with grouped shafts of thin brick
and a 'V' pilaster between wings. T-plan, the centre bay projecting
to front. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. Front gable has barred wooden
windows and C20 door to right, all with segmental heads. Left bay has
C20 3-light metal casement to ground floor. C20 garage in right angle.
Interior of central rear bay has some timber framing and stop-chamfered
spine beam.
