House. Formerly Dundridge Farmhouse. C16 and C17 additions and later
alterations, cased in C18 or early C19 red brick with chequer pattern
on black glazed headers. Old tiled roofs, brick dentil eaves. Two storeys.
Modern leaded casements, ground floor windows with single brick segmental
arches. East front: central door, 4-light window on left. 2-light on
right, two 3-light windows to first floor. East wing south elevation
has 4-light window on left, 3-light on right and three 3-light windows
to first floor. East gable has one 2-light window to each floor. Interior:
two northern bays of main house C16 heavy timber framing with evidence
for jettied south gable and oak mullioned window. Original floor joists,
windbraces in roof. Large chimney, southern room, east wing and kitchen
on north all Cl7.
